Ingredients

Peanut protein base
  • 1 1/2 cups Fairlife protein milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter natural unsweetened
  • 3 tbsp allulose
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch fine salt
Snickers mix in
  • 2 tbsp sugar free caramel sauce
  • 2 tbsp peanuts chopped
  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chopped (85% or sugar free)

Equipment

  • Ninja Creami
  • High speed blender
  • Ninja Creami pint container

Method

  1. Blend the Fairlife, protein powder, peanut butter, allulose, vanilla, and salt for 30 to 45 seconds until completely smooth.
  2. Pour into a Ninja Creami pint, tap to release bubbles, and freeze flat for 24 hours.
  3. Chop the peanuts and dark chocolate and have the caramel ready.
  4. Run the Lite Ice Cream program. It will look crumbly. That is normal.
  5. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of Fairlife and run the Re-spin program until smooth and scoopable.
  6. Press a hole in the center, add the peanuts, chocolate, and a swirl of caramel, and run the Mix In program once.
  7. Scoop, drizzle with extra caramel and melted chocolate, and top with chopped peanuts.

Notes

  • Storage: up to 2 weeks in the freezer with the lid on.
  • Best texture: re-spin straight from frozen, never melt and refreeze.
  • Flavor: blend the peanut butter into the base and never skip the salt.
  • Caramel: swirl it in only at the Mix In step so it stays visible.
