Our Story
Creamy and high-protein should go together.
Creamy Proteins started with one simple idea: protein recipes should taste good enough to crave, not just “healthy enough” to tolerate.
We focus on desserts and sweet recipes that deliver real texture, balanced sweetness and dependable results. From ice cream to shakes to quick no-bake treats, every recipe is tested with both flavor and practicality in mind.

Our Method
How every recipe is tested
Before a recipe is published, we refine the texture, repeat the method and make sure it works in a real home kitchen.
01
Develop
We begin with the recipe structure, protein source and texture goal, then adjust until the base feels truly creamy.
02
Test
Every recipe is made multiple times to check consistency, sweetness, thickness and how well it holds up after chilling or blending.
03
Taste
If the result feels chalky, thin or disappointing, it does not make the cut. Flavor always has to match the macros.
04
Publish
Once it works reliably, we finalize the instructions and share a version that is clear,
